The border Gateway Statements component consists of signage to be erected at strategic border entry points to inform visitors that they have entered Queensland. Six (6) gateways have been identified (Wallangarra, Barringun, Camooweal, Hebel, Coolangatta and Goondiwindi). Signage at these border entry points will consist of the ‘Welcome to Queensland’ statement and display pictorial images which reflect an overview of the Queensland experience, relative to the regional entry point.
